Beeses Riverside Bar
This riverside venue is an unexpected haven of tranquillity alongside a nature reserve yet close to Bristol city centre.
Catering for a maximum of 180 people, its lovingly tended country garden is a beautiful setting for celebrations with colourful borders and an ancient tree. The venues own quirky, yellow-and-black boat brings guests across the river to arrive in style and it’s also accessible by a 45-minute organised boat trip from the city.
Steps lead down from the woodlands above to The Bar, a single-level light and airy room with a relaxed dining feel, it spills out on to the riverside decking for stunning views across the water where parties can enjoy the surroundings under the shade of large parasols.
On Saturdays, receptions take place in the marquee and adjacent decking and on Thursdays the entire venue is available for exclusive-use receptions including the gardens, bar, decking and marquees. All couples that book here will benefit from a free wine tasting and there is even an on-site cake company www.thebohobakery.co.uk.
