Ditch the bottle!

Ditch the bottle!: Image 1b Say 'bye bye' to the bottle and switch to solid bars for the ultimate in natural hair care from Fat and the Moon - each 2oz bar is the equivalent of a whole bulky bottle of shampoo or conditioner! The re-usable metal tins make the Shampoo and Conditioner Bars ideal for travelling light and taking to the gym. To promote minimal waste, Fat and the Moon's shampoo & conditioner bars are shipped without a 2oz tin. If you chose to purchase your bars without a tin, they will come wrapped in a fully compostable wrapper and sticker, in a recyclable box printed with earth-safe, non-toxic ink and zero adhesives. If you would like a tin, simply specify in the notes on your order.

Fat and the Moon founder Rachel Budde has built her company around providing handcrafted, herbal body care products to those seeking natural and effective alternatives to chemical-filled products. Budde experiments with age-old ingredients and recipes passed down from various healing traditions to craft innovatively simple products that are good for both the body and the earth.Fat and the Moon work with plants that are abundant, ethically harvested and organically cultivated and combine them in formulations that are radically non-toxic. Their priority is to use reusable, recyclable containers, and to minimise superfluous packaging.

The latest additions to the range embrace the company's ethos of working in balance with the body to offer naturally nurturing haircare that's gentle enough to use every day.

SHAMPOO BAR - 2oz - £19.95
The one bar dream. Small is beautiful! Rhassoul clay adds body while your hair gets a gentle, yet thorough, cleanse. Great for on the go - just store in the Shampoo Bar tin. Suitable for use on all hair types, all genders, all backgrounds. To use: Lather up at the scalp and rinse through. For best results follow with Fat and the Moon's conditioner bar.

CONDITIONER BAR - 2oz - £19.95
Think of the conditioner bar like an everlasting gobstopper...for your hair. Rub the Conditioner Bar under the water in your hands to get it started, then smooth along the ends of your hair for a few passes until you feel that conditioning slick. Then rinse. Works as a leave-in conditioner too for those with manes that need some reins. Store in the Conditioner Bar tin.

Fat and the Moon is available in the UK from Live in the Light – the online natural and organic lifestyle store - www.liveinthelight.co.uk
