Hello lovely readers, and thank you for joining us! We’re dedicating this edition to all the couples who were meant to be getting married this season. Our thoughts have been with you throughout the past few months, and we thank all of you who have shared your stories with us. The silver lining for me has been hearing about the amazing wedding suppliers in our region who have pulled out all the stops to ensure couples still get to have their perfect day – albeit not when they expected to.
We’ve got a corker of an issue for you; we’re celebrating the talented people who will keep your loved ones entertained (page 44), looking at jewellery to give the finishing touch to your outfit (page 48) and we dream of epic honeymoon destinations to bookmark now (page 84).
As many of you have found your wedding plans have changed drastically, we’ve decided to open up our back catalogue for you to read online to help you find suppliers and inspiration – just head to our website.

Old Bridge
Old Bridge, and its beautiful wedding marquee, is set in two acres of mature gardens and woods. Built in the local honeycoloured hamstone, the Elizabethan manor is a wonderful big-day backdrop. Inside, couples will find a traditional ambience through its portraits, shields and large inglenook fireplace.
The Great Hall (75 guests) is the indoor ceremony option and is available year-round. For al fresco vows when the weather is fine, the pretty Front Porch is also licensed. After the formalities, wedding parties can spill out on to the front lawn for drinks and canapés. The picturesque grounds are ideal for garden games, fire pits and bouncy castles etc. The 400-year-old sweet chestnut tree, with its three-seat swing, is a great photo opportunity.
Receptions take place in the marquee (200 seated guests). Available from May to September, it’s fully lined, carpeted and furnished with tables, chairs and a catering area.
