A new restaurant at the heart of Somerset's Orchardleigh Estate wedding venue aims to reinvigorate the local foodie scene, creating a dining experience that's rooted in provenance and locally sourced ingredients.
The Peacock Steakhouse, which opened in March, neighbours the estate's two luxury wedding venues, so it's ideal for a date night for those looking to tie the knot here. Diners can enjoy a sumptuous meal catering to a range of tastes with a distinct Somerset flavour. "Being a working estate, we're in a fantastic position to create something that uses the best of our produce," says owner Chris Vincent.
