However, for Katie Packham 2020 presented itself with an opportunity to take on the wedding and event business at Pieminister and launch her own company, Mesa Catering. After being the head of events at Pieminister for seven years, and organising events being a passion of hers, this was a very exciting venture for Katie and her team.

Starting Mesa Catering meant that Katie could diversify, and she is now partner caterer for all Pieminister events and now The Thali Restaurant too. Couples across the UK can now have their choice of two great Bristol catering options, from formal three-course meals to casual festival-style catering.
